NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON UNPAID RESIDENT SEWER BILLS AND 5-TON WEIGHT LIMIT

TIME AND PLACE:

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Minnesota City will meet at 7:00 pm on October 13, 2026 at the City Hall, 149 Mill Street in Minnesota City to discuss the issue of unpaid resident sewer bills.

WHAT:

Council will determine the action that will be taken for unpaid resident sewer bills and additional charges that will be applied to these accounts.

Council will discuss changing the following streets to 5-ton weight limit:  Anderson Street, Front Street, Iowa Street, and Wenonah Road.
